Project Manager Open Position

Part-time (Up to 20 hrs/week) and remote opportunity at fast-growing, digital marketing and personal branding agency for CEOs and C-Suite executives.


We are looking for a remote part-time, client-facing, Project Manager who is ready to jump into our team, use our processes, execute well, and then make them better. You have high standards for yourself and others, you are proactive, you show initiative, you celebrate your successes, and learn from your failures.


The Project Manager will oversee, coordinate, manage, and communicate deadlines, timelines, and tasks to a base of internal clients. You are responsible for the overall client communication and compliance of work, ensuring goals are met and projects are delivered on time.

In this role, there is an expectation to improve upon our current management processes within our creative services.

Role focus areas:

  • Project Management & Coordination - you love organization and probably own a label maker, possibly have post-it notes covering your walls. To you, project management is more than a task list. You manage projects by utilizing teamwork and communication to vette and manage resources based upon timelines. You coordinate the moving pieces smoothly - but when friction arises you have agile and thoughtful solutions/ideas.

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge - you know how to translate a roadmap, developed by an incredible strategy team, into actionable steps needed to deliver a killer end product (eg: personas, campaign, website, etc.) You can also communicate that roadmap and those steps to the internal client should the need arise.

  • Teamwork & Communication - you bring efficiencies in communication and accountability to the table that work for the betterment of the clients, the team, and the agency, in that order.

  • Process Process Process - what’s better than a well thought out and executed workflow? A well-documented one! You make sure that what we do is delivered on time, on budget, and ready to replicate and scale.


Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee client-specific workflows

  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients

  • Reviews and approves client requests, project briefs, and act as a point-person for all team assignments

  • Assess monthly bandwidth of creative team and provide regular oversight of creative resource allocation

  • Deploys detailed project plans to track progress and oversee projects from concept to completion

  • Ensures project feasibility and manage changes in project scope, and schedule

  • Communicates with stakeholders at all levels to lead kickoff meetings, project reviews, and ongoing project updates

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and create an organized systems for all parties involved


Project Manager Requirements

  • 1-3+ years experience

  • Proficient in and other communication platforms (Slack, google suite, etc…)

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and creative workflow process, scheduling, creating project briefs and project management

  • Agency experience is a big plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
